2011 Tree of Life

As one of our community's most meaningful holiday traditions, The Tree of Life is a unique way to pay tribute to people who hold a special place in your life. At the same time, your Tree of Life honor or memorial gift will benefit the more than 1,200 patients and their families that receive Community Hospice's care each day.

With your donation of $25, a ribbon with your loved one's name will be placed on the Tree of Life. With a donation of $50, a personalized ribbon will be placed on the tree, and you may select a beautiful handcrafted ornament. With your gift of $500 or more, two personalized ribbons will be placed on the tree and you may select a festive, table top holiday tree full of bright ornaments and shining lights or a traditional mezuzah case as a keepsake or gift for someone special.
